Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you run a scan, we collect the company information you submit (name, services, location, and any optional fields you fill in). If you create an account, we store your email address and an encrypted password.
We use cookies only for session authentication. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts.
How we use it
- To generate your procurement intelligence report by searching public data sources
- To send scan results, weekly alerts, and briefing digests (if you subscribe)
- To improve search accuracy across our intelligence desks
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your scan inputs are never used to train AI models.
Public data sources
Every data point in a AtlasRevenue report comes from publicly available procurement records: Contracts Finder (Crown Commercial Service) and the Find a Tender Service (Cabinet Office). We do not scrape private databases or access restricted systems.
Data retention
Scan data is retained for 12 months from the scan date. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@atlasrevenue.co.uk.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.
Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
